"Have travelled a bit in the past but haven't used any Travel Agent until now. Well, I wanted our 10 day cruise to go smoothly. Called and spoke with Toby Littman (Sun City W Branch) who answered most of my questions for starters. She said that whenever I was ready she would help me with all the arrangements. I felt confident that Toby would do a great job so I called the next day and setup an appointment. Short time later we had selected our cruise, balcony room and drink package and told me being a veteran the cruise line would give me some ship credits. She also stepped up by telling me that my passports would need to be renewed before the cruise. She gave me all the information I need to complete online and as soon we got our new pictures the new passports would be ready within plenty of time for the cruise. These days it is hard to find people who truly enjoy their job and give great customer service. Toby does it all and thank her for making this cruise as painless as possible Thank you, John I. "We have always taken pride in booking our own trips, flights, accommodations, activities; everything has always turned out fine. But it was work. Traveling buddies of ours suggested that we join them on a November 2024 Holland America cruise to the Mexican Riviera. They sang the praises of their travel agent, Donna Nelson, who had just booked their trip for them. Although we live in different states, we contacted Donna. Donna spoke with us on the phone about our preferences.
